  • Well, this is the place you should go for your dog or cat!! My dog Mimi (a pug ) broke her leg one day after getting injured when she jumped off a couch. ( She is overweight) I brought her to a vet, but even though Mimi’s leg fracture healed she still had a limp.

    I’m interested in animal therapy and so I found Akiko and asked her to treat Mimi with Animal Reiki.

    Mimi wasn’t scared and went right up to her. Mimi looked comfortable with Reiki. After the first session I didn’t see Mimi’s change but at the second session Mimi was excited to see Akiko and received her Reiki. I was so happy to see her.

    I thank Akiko for giving her healing energy to my Mimi. Mimi is much better now. Thank you.

  • Ted , my Golden Retriever, used to bark a lot when any sound came from outside. I wanted Ted to be less sensitive to sound.

    One day I saw an ad in a pet shop that Akiko did Animal therapy. I called up Akiko to ask what Animal therapy is and she kindly explained it.

    I decided to give it a try, and after two sessions Ted did bark but not so much . He used to be a little restless. Now he is calm as an adult dog.

    To tell the truth that I didn’t expect much but it did work for him.

  • I adopted a dog from a shelter, Bobby , but we didn’t get along. I thought he was very shy. My friend told me about Animal Reiki, so I felt that I should try it and I called up Akiko.

    Bobby took several sessions and he got closer and closer to me. Now I sleep with him in my bed.

    I also feel that I connect with Bobby like family.

    I found out that my dog was abused before, as Akiko explained. I'm a believer and once in a while I still ask Akiko for a session for Bobby.

  • I had two cats. One is my soul mate Pitcher, who is still with me, and another was Pitcher’s soul mate Winnie.

    When Winnie passed away., Pitcher was not energetic and seemed sick. I took him to the vet, who told me that it was not any illness but only sadness because of Winnie’s passing.

    I knew a little about Animal Reiki so I contacted Akiko. Akiko saw Pitcher and told me that he was very sad.

    After three sessions, Pitcher played a little. Now he is ok. I have a plan to have another cat. I feel that animal reiki saved Pitcher’s soul.
